As a consultant hired by the design team, Backpack Interactive, I recommended new process and production workflows from moving BGCA’s individual local club websites (micro sites) to their central, unified platform (main site) in order to improve accessibility, streamlining operations, enhancing communication, and offering a more consistent user experience across all clubs.

I conducted content audits of BCA’s micro sites, publishing processes and workflows to render suggestions for improvement. I attended meetings with stakeholders and the Development team.
